What is a good exercise for golf beginners?
they say that the hip should only move in a circular direction.BUT I CAN'T DO THAT.my hips keeps on swaying as i swing my shoulder.it's like the heavy club is swaying me or something.do you know any exercise that would make my body swing a club like a pro?

I've been golfing for a few years now (6-7) with the same ol set of beginners clubs. what new set should i get
Golfed in high school for a very bad team so my scores weren't that great. But I'm ok at golf. I dont try to shape shots at all fade or draw . As it is now, i think I have something around a 20handicap. I feel that a new set of clubs can help my game for a pt. of reference I hit my 5 iron about 180 210 . I dont ever hit my 3 or 4 for a lack of consistency with them. My question is should i go with super game improving irons or just game improving irons. As it is now i dont carry any hybrids maybe I should start but I just feel wrong with em ..... I've been thinking about the Callaway X20's..... any advice??... yes there are categories, at least according to Golf Digest they rank their irons in three categories... Game Improving, Super Game Improving and Tour.... by the way I do hit my 5 iron that far, I failed to mention its when i tee off sorry geez i put a range that i hit my 5 iron from the tee... i've hit it over 220 from the tee and probably as low as 160... i was just trying to give a range of where i feel most my well struck 5 irons go yes including roll .... i've also hit 300 yd drives total distance but am more around a 260 275 when i hit that damn club well

How would you rate a jack nicklaus beginners golf set vs a slazenger begginers?
I'm a beginner and mostly practice on the driving range and I've rarely hit the course. The set that I practice with is a clone. What fits my budget is a Jack Nicklaus Beginers or a Slazenger. I'm confusd and cant decide what to pick. any tips?
